Cold Weather Payments for Fife Postcodes

The Government have announced a cold weather payment to households in KY3, KY4, KY5, KY11 and KY12 postcodes for the period of 27th February to 5th March 2018.

This happens when the average temperature drops below 0 degrees celsius for seven consecutive days.

You will qualify for an additional payment of £25 if you receive:

  • Pension credit

  • income support

  • income-based job seekers allowance

  • income-related employment and support allowance

  • Universal Credit

If you qualify and you are in the designated postcode areas you should recieve £25 alongside your next benefit payment.

If you don’t receive your Cold Weather Payment
